Who We Are?

We help gym beginners in Mid Ulster lose weight, increase their strength and fitness and improve confidence levels though our 1-1 and small group coaching.

Who We Help?

Our small groups and 1-1 coaching allows us to take a individualised tailored approach. So as a member of origin you will always understand what you are being asked to do, you will feel comfortable and appropriately challenged in the session.

What We Do?

We run our program across five main core pillars. Your Plan, Support, Education, Accountability and Community. We understand that your in gyms sessions are vital but equally important if not more important is the work you do outside the gym, hence why we put such an emphasis on it.
