Small Group Personal Training (SGPT)
Our Small Group Personal Training offers a supportive and focused workout environment with a maximum of 6 members per coach. Each session is guided from start to finish and includes a full-body warm-up, a main strength exercise, targeted accessory work, and a short conditioning workout. You’ll use a mix of equipment like dumbbells, barbells, bodyweight movements, and cardio machines. The class lasts up to 60 minutes and is designed to help you build strength, improve fitness, and feel confident—no experience needed
Saturday Morning Conditioning
Start your weekend strong with our Saturday Morning Conditioning class—a longer, steady-paced workout focused entirely on cardio and endurance. Working in pairs, you’ll rotate through stations using equipment like the ski erg, bike, rower, assault bike, prowlers, and bodyweight exercises. It’s all about teamwork, sustained effort, and a great sweat! There’s no strength training in this one—just pure conditioning to leave you feeling energised and accomplished. Finish it off with a coffee and good vibes—it’s the perfect start to your Saturday.

Our 1-1 Personal Training is fully tailored to you. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to take your fitness to the next level, your coach will design each session to suit your goals, ability, and lifestyle. You’ll receive dedicated attention, personalised programming, and expert guidance every step of the way. From strength and conditioning to mobility and general fitness, this is the most focused and flexible way to train—with your progress and confidence at the centre of it all.
